I constantly struggle with weight fluctuations. I have taken prescription phentermine in the past but you can only stay on that so long. I’ve been on the hunt for an over the counter supplement that gives similar results. Most are just ineffective or give you the jitters.

I have been taking Crave Zero for 3 days and I am so happy with the results. The directions say to take 1 scoop a day. I take one first thing in the morning and normally don’t feel hungry for about 2 hours. I take the next two in between meals. All I have been wanting to eat is protein rich food and salad. I have not had the urge to snack between meals. I have not felt jitters once. I would say the energy is equivalent to prescription vitamin B.

I’ve used this a few days now just to make sure it wasn’t in my head. I can’t believe how well this works!! It has stopped my cravings cold!! I take one scoop about an hour after breakfast and then another about 4 hours later to make it through to dinner. I used to snack at least 2-3 times between then, and these last few days I completely forgot about snacking! You guys need to try this!!!
