Snacking be gone!

I have always had a tendency to snack between meals. Sometimes in the evening my daughter or son in law would ask me if I was hungry. Often my answer was “not really but I can snack.” Of course I prefer snack foods for their taste, but not for healthy reasons. Once I started taking these after a few days, I’m not reaching for that bag of chips or the cookies I have hidden in my desk. So I assume it must be working.

Impressions after finishing the bottle:

1. I tend to have less of a sweet tooth when taking these.

2. I eat a little less at each meal.

3. I tend to have less desire to consume large meals at lunch.

I was skeptical but ordered it anyway. It did take a few days for the cravings to decrease. After about a week the energy kicked in and I’m loving that part too. It’s a good product but give it time to start working before you give up on it. I’ll definitely be ordering this again
