just what i needed!

this was recommended by my doctor, who treats patients as holistically as possible, integrated with prescriptions when needed. Even though i work out 5 days a week, i still needed a supplement to help my body deal with stress. I tend to want to snack when stressed. Under her direction, i can take 2 scoops maximum 1x a day on an empty stomach, and FOR ME, this works amazing. It promotes a very subtle calming effect, and while i may think about reaching for snacks, I may not act on it. This is just the support I needed great great product!
