It’s been 11 days since I started taking Crave Zero. Just as the packaging says, 1 time a day. I take it every day in the morning. In just 1 week I managed to lose 5 pounds. I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect or what. But it has helped me a lot to control myself, I am now able to wait calmly for dinner at 6pm without snacking all afternoon. Obviously the supplement is not magic and I have also done my part. I have been eating healthier, more vegetables less rice and pasta. Zero sodas, juices, cocktails or beers. I got this with very low expectations and after reading other reviews I expected if it worked it would take roughly two weeks. I’ve been an anxious eater all my life, stress= snacking for me. Within a day I noticed I hadn’t rushed to the fridge for ice cream after dinner or grabbed a bag of chips to eat in front of the tv in the evening. A couple days in and it’s been the same. It’s like the voice in the back of my head urging me to eat constantly is quiet now. I don’t know if I’ve lost weight and I don’t really care, I feel free of my compulsion to eat for self soothing and that’s huge. I eat when I’m hungry and that’s it, amazing!
