It’s been 4 days on it and let me tell you I’m not constantly thinking about food anymore ! It has really cut my appetite and snack cravings through out the day. I take 2 servings every morning on an empty stomach and I don’t start to feel hungry until about 12ish and then when I eat I get full fast. I also don’t have any symptoms from it. No fast heart beat or nausea feeling like other weight loss meds. I’m so excited for this product. It’s not cheap but it’s so worth the money in my opinion. I just hope it continues to work! I will be buying another bottle in a few weeks to continue this journey.

I’m on week 13 of taking this and surprised by the results (expectations were low given it’s not a prescription). My husb is also taking it and we both noticed a reduction in food noise/cravings by week 3. It’s hard to exactly pinpoint because the changes are subtle but add up over a 12 week period. Prior to this, I was on ozem and very pleased with the results but taking that long term is never a good idea. It’s hard on the body. And I definitely had side effs as did my husband. I’m down 11 lbs on Lemme but my husband lost 20!! He doesn’t even know how to do reviews so consider this my act of service for him.

I hit a major plateau in weight and I was recommended this by several people (including my best friend who is a nutritionist and rarely rec’s anything). So far I’ve lost weight and also reduced all my carb cravings at night. Those late night urges are officially gone. This is a big deal for me. I’m hoping to see more progress soon. I’ve had success with others. However, it came also through discipline and a constant feeling of starvation. Some meds mitigated that some, but after a month, my body would not feel the same effects and staying on my diet got harder each day.

This is the first time that I have a almost totally missing appetite. I don’t feel full. I just don’t feel like eating. I don’t feel nauseous or gassy. This stuff is incredible.
