When I purchased this product I was hoping it wouldn’t be a waste of my hard earned dollars. I have been taking CraveZero for four days and can honestly say that so far it has been worth every penny I’ve spent. I am an extreme carboholic and needed help curbing my cravings – this product has helped tremendously. I’ve purchased other Designs for Health products in the past and have been pleased with the quality, I can now add CraveZero to the list.

The supplement does its job, but you have to do your part as well.

You have to want to make a change in your habits and get healthier. Recommend this to several friends already.

It’s a good support for suppressing cravings–not a magic powder. I used to have very strong, physical cravings for sugary, carby foods, especially during that time of the month. Now the cravings are fewer and not as powerful–I don’t feel like I’m going to attack a bag of cookies anymore. Of course the temptations and triggers are still there, but the urges seem more manageable. You have to do your part, as another reviewer says, but this will help.
