I was not sure about this product even after reading the reviews, so i went on and ordered cravezero. I am on a low-fat diet, i do walk 30 minutes Aday to keep my A1C down. After following the instructions i was so amaze how it work ed for me. I had no desire for any extra sweet after my meal. which is a plus for me my energy has been phenomenal. no jitters at all.

Me quito los antojos. Ahorra no me como tantas tortillas jajaja

I have to say this really does combat the cravings! I take it after my lunch at work and I do not want to snack nor am I hungry when I get home. This product for me is a 10!
