Yes, you will lose weight on this product. Yes, you will see results within 2-3 months (and they will be serious). However, none of this will be true if you don’t pair it with diet and exercise. I still have my cheat days but I maintained a somewhat healthy diet and exercised 3x a week.
I asked my dr about this product and he said all key ingredients had major substantiation to back it up which made me happy.
