I had never heard of this product until I visited my friend’s house last month (she’s lost over 10 lbs and swears by it). I’m very skeptical of supplements brands in general but thought I had nothing to lose and like to try and start the New year with a game plan.

So, after reading all the scientific reports and clinical trials on the 3 key ingredients, I purchased them. There is substantial information on all the trials that reassured me of the science and efficacy. I also appreciated the transparency in sharing this information online.

Firstly, I didn’t buy this for weight loss. I was more concerned around cravings and naturally increasing my GLP-1 levels as I know they go down the more we age. I also know that lifestyle factors can contribute to that decline. I obviously have no idea to track GLP-1 in my body but I can attest to a reduction in food noise overall. Less cravings in the afternoon and overall satiety after and before meals.

Overall, I’m very pleased and honestly surprised.

Science is legit!

As someone who really does their homework on everything I ingest in my body, I was very impressed with the amount of clinical trials and legitimate science in this product. Firstly, it’s very rare to have a natural ingredients that can actually boost GLP-1 in the body. More people should be taking something like this vs prescription version that has side effects. Secondly, it’s even more rare for the other ingredients to fit into a powder scoop at their clinical dosage level. Not to bore you with the science, but this is all really important. Lastly, the results have been consistent and as advertised. Annoyed that its not available on Amazon for some reason though.
