Great taste and so far seems to be working, make sure to take before eating but i love!

I am on day 4 of taking this and I truly believe it is helping more than anything else I have tried in the past year! I am truly not hungry and that is a Christmas miracle.

This is great. CZ has really helped me with my intermittent fasting. I take in the morning and find it very easy to skip breakfast and wait until 1pm to eat lunch. I don’t take every day, and it is easy to tell the difference.

Literally did not expect this to work so well!!

My eating habits are better. This stuff is giving me more control, I can feel it.
