Not as much binge eating, which is great. Been 2 weeks. Starting to feel lighter. Its definitely working.
Snack Temptations Much Less
I dont feel as tempted as I used to be. I also noticed that im not thinking as much about food. I also feel like my energy is up. So far I’m liking this.
Snacking No More
Really feeling the change, less grabbing for snacks. Im feeling good.
My appetite feels more satisfied
its a good feeling to not always have food on your mind. I dont know how to describe it, but Im just not thinking about snacking or really having the random cravings that i was. I feel much more centered, if that makes any sense. If you are reading this, just give it a try. It’s doing something, thats for sure.
